Another Bizarre Dream

I've been thinking lately about compiling my crazy dreams into some sort of log. They include some gems that would be a shame to forget. Many include bizarre situations and famous faces.

The latest involved my myspace friend A.J. In the dream he came to visit me and showed me his sketch book. I flipped through the pages and actually saw the pictures in my dream. Amazing watercolour sketches of people - short and stumpy figures with lots of personality in very pretty watery colours. One that stood out was a sketch of a Hispanic woman holding her little daughter's hand. The figures where cartoonish in a way, but still retaining their human qualities. When I got a chance to chat with him later that day, I retold the dream. I was pleased that at the end of the conversation he'd surrendered to my tormenting him to continue drawing and try painting as well. He suddenly told me he'd dug up a bunch of painting materials out of his closet and was thinking about checking if his college had any art classes he could sign up to.

I win. :)

haha. i have funny dreams all the time too. it's weird because i can even manipulate them. have you ever had that? like i can remember all my dreams and if i fall asleep again, it's like a never-ending story and they can continue from where i left off. is that weird or something? we should compare dream notes. haha!

lol. yeah, sometimes you can manipulate them when you're beginning to wake up. It's not weird, I think it's called a lucid dream. Here's a link to the wikipedia page:
